Jet Suction Dredge Mobile

The RISD-M is a highly efficient mobile, non-propelled, electric or diesel electric jet suction dredge that utilizes high pressure water coming out of eight (8) jet nozzles at up to 262 PSI (18 bar) pressure for breaking up of hard layers of material including clay, which are sucked up through the suction mouth behind the jet head. The RISD-M mobile dredge is a hull mounted pump and motor, which is driven by a frequency controlled e-motor via multiple belt V-drive. The dredge can be dismounted in transportable units for easy transport. Rohr-Idreco dredges can be run manually or by using our highly efficient Dredge Control System, which utilizes the latest Siemens S7 PLC. This RISD-M is the perfect solution for remote locations or applications where the dredger needs to be transported frequently. Our team works closely with the customer to provide them with the optimum dredging solution for their application.

Jet Suction Dredge Containerized

The RISD-C is a highly efficient, non-propelled, electric or diesel electric jet suction dredge that is shipped as containerized sections to allow for easy transportation and assembly. RISD-C utilizes high pressure water coming out of eight (8) jet nozzles at up to 262 PSI (18 bar) pressure for breaking up of hard layers of material including clay, which are sucked up through the suction mouth behind the jet head. The RISD-C dredge is a ladder mounted pump and under water motor, which is driven by a frequency controlled e-motor through a direct drive. The dredge can be dismounted in transportable units for easy transport. Rohr-Idreco dredges can be run manually or by using our highly efficient Dredge Control System, which utilizes the latest Siemens S7 PLC. Our team works closely with the customer to provide them with the optimum dredging solution for their application.

This RISD-C is the perfect solution for deeper digging locations and to help extend the life of an existing deposit. Excellent in applications for the mining industry such as: sand and gravel, specialty minerals, desiltation of hydro-dam and reservoirs and other mining applications.

All customized dredges are designed with the maximum efficiency in mind for minimizing transportation and assembly costs. RISD-CM utilizes high pressure water coming out of eight (8) jet nozzles at up to 262 PSI (18 bar) pressure for breaking up of hard layers of material including clay, which are sucked up through the suction mouth behind the jet head. Cutter Suction Dredge

The RICD is a highly efficient, non-propelled, electric or diesel electric cutter suction dredge that is shipped as containerized sections to allow for easy transportation and assembly. The RICD dredge is a ladder mounted pump and under water motor, which is driven by a frequency controlled e-motor through a direct drive. Our cutter dredges are designed for deeper digging applications.
